No, that is not possible. I understand that you might have something special, but we only embroider our own items. This way, we know exactly how the material reacts, and we can create a beautiful and lasting result.
Yes! For each product in the webshop, you can see what personalisation options are available (name, colour, font). It's also possible to incorporate the font or design from the birth announcement card, so everything matches beautifully.
On average, personalized items take 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) to produce. Need it sooner? Let me know, and I'll see what's possible.
Yes! During checkout, you can choose to pick up your order at our studio in Bruges. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready.
